From agreement on design to cooking my first meal was a little over 2 weeks. The final price was agreed to with a handshake and there were no "hidden extras", his subbies and office staff were first class and I honestly have nothing derogatory to say about the Company. We recently engaged Krauss Kitchen to complete our dream family kitchen and can confidently say they exceeded our expectations in all areas. We had thought about the different layouts possible to maximise the kitchen space since we purchased the property and within 15 minutes Rob had suggested a layout we had not thought of which proportioned the kitchen space to the rest of the house allowing us to have a 3 metre island bench with huge amounts of storage. Visiting the warehouse and showroom you can see the quality of product along with ample options and colour choices on design. We were extremely impressed with the cabinetry on display and whilst there was a lot of designs and colours to choose from the process was not too overwhelming with the teams help. We had envisioned a specific style of stone and out appeared Lisa with a sample that we immediately signed off on and can say fell in love with (Thank you Lisa). The tradesmen that Rob recommended throughout the process to assist with the kitchen renovation including tiler, plasterer, carpenter and stonemason etc were just as fabulous and efficient to deal with and are greatful for their help. The Team at Krauss Kitchen has a family feel and treat you like their own, we would have no hesitations in using the business again however in the meantime know we will enjoy the next 20 plus years in our new Kitchen. Rob and his team from Krauss Kitchens worked magic to completely renovate my 53 year old kitchen in May. Our old kitchen was built in 1970 with the original wall oven and cook top still in use. We were definitely overdue for an update and Krauss Kitchens delivered a modern, functional delightful kitchen with all the modern amenities we desired. Rob's attention to detail and project managing were a refreshing experience. When we raised an issue during installation regarding our new plaster ceiling, Rob came with his installation team and resolved our issue that afternoon. The plastering issue was not Rob's problem but he delivered the solution. I did not write this review until I had lived with my new kitchen for a couple of months. I'm happy to say I am totally satisfied with the workmanship and I'm confident this new Krauss Kitchen will stand the rigors of another 53 years of happy family life. Another Krauss I rarely give 5 stars. Rob Krauss is a funny fellow and good at his trade. He will often tell you you don’t need some fancy arrangement but if you insist mildly he obliges graciously and gets on with it. He has a wealth of experience and the outcome is high quality. It seems to me we always see , after installation, something we wish were included. We are very happy with the outcome all the same.

Beautiful Kitchen- great features and excellent quality Thanks to Krauss Kitchens for a beautiful kitchen addition to my renovation. The consultation was thorough and covered all aspects of the design. Lisa was very helpful and took into consideration my requests, but also provided advice and recommendations. The installation was efficient and fitted perfectly into the space, to maximise functionality and storage. Rob & the team worked with me for a great result- very happy with the outcome.

We got the kitchen we wanted , and then some. Krauss Kitchens had been recommended to us by neighbours and friends . We took the plunge and are very glad we did. Paul Krauss was very easy to work with, listening to our design ideas, his experience offering a touch of practicality when needed. Between us we came up with a very workable kitchen that matched our design aspirations. Paul offered great advice on appliances, kitchen layout and cabinet design. Throughout the process Paul made himself available for any questions we may have had, and was hands on supervising the install and coordinating carpenters, plumbers and electricians. Any problems ( very few and minor) were dealt with immediately and effectively. After the install he visited to check everything was as it should be . Paul’s communication with his customers is a strength and key to the success of the whole process, from initial design, sourcing appliances, approving cabinetry to the kitchen install. We are very happy with our new kitchen and would recommend Krauss Kitchens to family and friends.

Krauss In The House In 2021/2022 we had our new laundry and kitchen designed, manufactured and installed by Krauss Kitchens and we are delighted with the results. Steve and the Krauss team were extraordinary. They arranged the demolition of the old laundry and kitchen, and arranged the plumbing, electrical, benchtop stonework and stone/glass splashbacks for the new laundry/kitchen. The materials, hardware and craftsmanship are wonderful. In 2023 the laundry and kitchen are still beautiful, functional and an asset to our home. We were so pleased with the experience and results that we decided to have our ensuite cabinetry designed and installed by Krauss in late 2023. This has just been completed and again the outcome is absolutely perfect with the final product meeting our expectations.
