From planning to completion Rob and the team were amazing. Attention to detail and communication during the process was excellent. Kitchen install went smoothly and the team left our new kitchen in a clean and tidy state.

We purchased a house with a substandard kitchen. So we shopped around and found that Krauss had products that had quality at reasonable prices. Steve, Marc and the staff were extremely helpful and provided great advice on how the kitchen layout could best work. The trades that carried out the install were very competent, neat and tidy in their work. Overall we were very pleased with the results and would be happy to recommend Krauss to anyone interested in new kitchens for new construction or renovation work

Very professional. Any questions/suggestions about design, timelines and various products before and during installation were answered very promptly. Regular on-site visits to discuss plans. Pros and cons of ideas thoroughly discussed. Great selection of finishes and bench tops. Professional, straight talking and knowledgable, Rob and his team will work with you to design, prefabricate and install your dream kitchen with a minimum of fuss. From agreement on design to cooking my first meal was a little over 2 weeks. The final price was agreed to with a handshake and there were no "hidden extras", his subbies and office staff were first class and I honestly have nothing derogatory to say about the Company. Just do yourself a favour and give them a call.

We recently engaged Krauss Kitchen to complete our dream family kitchen and can confidently say they exceeded our expectations in all areas. We had thought about the different layouts possible to maximise the kitchen space since we purchased the property and within 15 minutes Rob had suggested a layout we had not thought of which proportioned the kitchen space to the rest of the house allowing us to have a 3 metre island bench with huge amounts of storage. Visiting the warehouse and showroom you can see the quality of product along with ample options and colour choices on design. We were extremely impressed with the cabinetry on display and whilst there was a lot of designs and colours to choose from the process was not too overwhelming with the teams help. We had envisioned a specific style of stone and out appeared Lisa with a sample that we immediately signed off on and can say fell in love with (Thank you Lisa). The tradesmen that Rob recommended throughout the process to assist with the kitchen renovation including tiler, plasterer, carpenter and stonemason etc were just as fabulous and efficient to deal with and are greatful for their help. The Team at Krauss Kitchen has a family feel and treat you like their own, we would have no hesitations in using the business again however in the meantime know we will enjoy the next 20 plus years in our new Kitchen. His wealth of experience was so helpful with everything, in particular redesigning the kitchen to accommodate a wall oven and microwave which is magic. Rob and his team from Krauss Kitchens worked magic to completely renovate my 53 year old kitchen in May. Our old kitchen was built in 1970 with the original wall oven and cook top still in use. We were definitely overdue for an update and Krauss Kitchens delivered a modern, functional delightful kitchen with all the modern amenities we desired. Rob's attention to detail and project managing were a refreshing experience. When we raised an issue during installation regarding our new plaster ceiling, Rob came with his installation team and resolved our issue that afternoon. The plastering issue was not Rob's problem but he delivered the solution. I did not write this review until I had lived with my new kitchen for a couple of months. I'm happy to say I am totally satisfied with the workmanship and I'm confident this new Krauss Kitchen will stand the rigors of another 53 years of happy family life. Another Krauss I rarely give 5 stars. Rob Krauss is a funny fellow and good at his trade. He will often tell you you don’t need some fancy arrangement but if you insist mildly he obliges graciously and gets on with it. He has a wealth of experience and the outcome is high quality. It seems to me we always see , after installation, something we wish were included. We are very happy with the outcome all the same.
